Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience high order volumes or delays, you will be contacted by email.

Tracking Information

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking details. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Damages & Lost Packages

Mugsy is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to retain all packaging materials and damaged items when filing.
